The Language and Behavioural Profile
We use the LAB, from the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), because of it's ability to predict behaviour - in the role - before you actually recruit. As amazing as that sounds, it's achieved through the elicitation of language patterns contained in the structure of a persons language. These are called "Metaprogrammes", and they are only identifiable to a specially trained consultant. We map the ideal behaviours in the role to the ideal set of Metaprogrammes, and during a face to face or telephone interview during which we we ask a set of structured questions, we filter for the Metaprogrammes to select the best candidate for the role. It's simple, remarkably effective, and an enjoyable experience for the candidate.
