Sales Accelerator 121 is a powerful and effective sales development programme, combining coaching, training, and consultancy designed specifically to help you achieve your sales targets.
Below is an example of a structure we might use to give you a flavour of how it can work, however each programme is designed uniquely for you.
Choose from a 4, 8 or 12 session programme depending on what you want to achieve. Sessions are usually held at your offices at times to suit you and last approximately 1.5 hours.
Session 1 - set-up, personal profiling, goals and objectives
In session 1 we discuss fully what you want from you want from your programme, and set clear goals and objectives. Then we use a linguistic profiling tool called the Language and Behavioural Profile (LAB) from the field of NLP. This is a simple questioning process that reveal information about your natural motivation to your specially trained coach who will use this information to benefit you throughout your programme. Clients tell us they benefit from this immediately and find it an enjoyable experience.
Sessions 2 to 5 - coaching, training, consultancy
The content and structure of your programme is designed to achieve your goals. If you want to focus on your personal development, beliefs, values, attitude and mindset, the programme will be more coaching orientated. Or you want to focus more on developing key selling skills, such as communication, influencing, prospecting and closing, in which case there will be more training and consultancy in your programme.
