Tailored programmes delivered by experienced coaches

When you work with us your coaching programme is designed specifically for you and your objectives. Our coaches are selected for their business experience and specialist skills as well as personality and shared values. Many are specialists in their field, such as Sales, Marketing or Finance.

Developing your programme

Your initial consultation is free. We want to know what you want from your coaching programme. We utilise our skills to convert this into a coaching programme that is right for you.

Choose from a 4, 8 or 12 session programme. We'll discuss this fully during your initial consultation. Sessions are held at a frequency, time and location convenient for you. You can also choose Telephone Coaching if you are busy 'out in the field'.

All programmes include personal profiling, which we do in session 1. We use DISC and NLP LAB Profiling. Clients tell us the information they get from this benefits them immediately. It also helps your coach understand you better and adapt their coaching style to suit you. Step 2 – Programme design
